Carolina Crafted Construction

Reid Hipp, a Greenville resident and native, has been building houses in Greenville since 1999. His company, Carolina Crafted, emerged as a brand in 2008 and represents quality building. As a buyer, working with Reid means you have one person doing it all. Reid buys the land, builds the quality home, and represents the home as a real estate agent with He primarily builds single family homes under 600K (usually within the 350-400K range) in the North Main, Augusta Road, and West End areas of Greenville—while leaving the finer details up to the buyer. All of the homes come with a 3rd party home warranty—from Bonded Builders Warranty Group—paid by the builder. The warranty coverage is 10 year structural, 1 year workmanship, and 1 year systems.

Reid’s recent projects include Calhoun Corners and Augusta Row. Calhoun Corners will consist of five 1800 square foot, single family homes on S Calhoun and Griffin Streets. Augusta Row is a slightly bigger project– twenty three single family homes will be built in an area tucked away just off of Augusta Street. Augusta Row will have 2 bedroom homes starting at 350K and 3 bedroom homes starting at 550K. Each home will be 2-3 stories with a two car garage.
